Job Title: Retail Property Marketing ExecutiveDivision: FI Real Estate ManagementLocation: Based at Head Office, Canal Mill, Chorley, Lancashire, PR6 9AFReporting to: Sales and AM Support ManagerLiaison with: Various departments, stakeholders and affiliatesHours: 9:00-17:30PermanentRole OverviewWe are looking for a talented, results-driven Retail Property Marketing Executive to join our internal marketing team and play their part in driving our business objectives with their expertise in marketing.The ideal candidate will have the ability to work within an agile environment and on multiple projects at once.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the marketing strategy for the retail portfolioDevelop and manage the retail marketing budgetDevelop and execute campaigns and track progress providing monthly reportsManage the relationships with marketing consultants and agencies working on the retail portfolioTrack competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitorsLiaison with an outsourced PR agency on all related communications and public relationsWork closely with the Digital Marketing Executive on retail digital presenceWork with the creative team to brief in desired marketing assetsContinually monitor advances and new ideas for marketing assets, campaigns etcProvide direction and recommendations on marketing activityMaintaining brand standards throughout the businessProject manage all marketing activity for the retail portfolio in relation to branding, digital marketing,events, marketing materials, signage, print, PR and other activitiesAssist with the planning and organizing of corporate events and exhibitions as requiredAt least 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role within the retail property sectorExperience in developing and producing results from a marketing strategyUnderstanding of all marketing componentsExcellent attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWell-organised and self-motivated.A willingness to learn and develop new skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlinesComputer proficient with Microsoft OfficePlanning and organisation skillsAt times travelling on your own will be required and overnight stays will be expected when attending shows and events over a course of days or some distance from home.The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
