Job DescriptionCompanyFI Real Estate Management is an asset and property management company with over 30 years’ experience in the UK and European real estate markets. Over the last couple of years, we have seen huge growth and expansion into different areas of the industry and therefore to meet this need we need to expand the team to facilitate and support the smooth running of the business in this journey.Our marketing team is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Property Marketing Executive in a full time, permanent basis.We are looking for a talented, results-driven Retail Property Marketing Executive to join our internal marketing team and play their part in driving our business objectives with their expertise in marketing.The ideal candidate will have the ability to work within an agile environment and on multiple projects at once. Valid UK Driving licence is required.Key Duties and Responsibilities· Develop and manage the marketing strategy for the retail portfolio· Develop and manage the retail marketing budget· Develop and execute campaigns and track progress providing monthly reports· Manage the relationships with marketing consultants and agencies working on the retail portfolio· Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors· Liaison with outsourced PR agency on all related communications and public relations· Help manage marketing supplier relationships· Work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive on retail digital presence· Work with creative team to brief in desired marketing assets· Continually monitor advances and new ideas for marketing assets, campaigns etc· Provide direction and recommendations on marketing activity· Maintaining brand standards throughout the business· Project manage all marketing activity for the retail portfolio in relation to branding, digital marketing, events, marketing materials, signage, print, PR and other activities· Assist with the planning and organizing of corporate events and exhibitions as requiredCompetencies· At least 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role - experience within the retail property sector will be beneficial· Experience in developing and producing results from a marketing strategy· Understanding of all marketing components· Excellent attention to detail· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Well organised and self-motivated.· A willingness to learn and develop new skills· Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines· Computer proficient with Microsoft Office· Planning and organisation skillsAt times travelling on your own will be required and overnight stays will be expected when attending shows and events over a course of days or some distance from home.The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.Benefits and Hours· 25 Holidays per year, plus UK bank holidays· Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 17:30pm· Dress down day and free lunch (last Friday of each month)· Company Healthcare Scheme· Company Sick Pay· Employee Assistance Programme· Long Service Holiday Entitlement· Free on-site parking· Company Pension SchemeTo apply for this position, please click on ‘APPLY’ and attach your most recent CV.
