About Us:
O'Donnell Moonshine is a rapidly growing spirits company known for our innovative approach and exceptional products. As we expand our retail presence, we're seeking a talented individual to lead the charge and bring our vision to life.
The Role:
As our Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for every aspect of our retail operations, from start to finish. Your duties will include:
Identifying suitable retail units and negotiating leases.
Managing the alcohol licensing process for our retail locations.
Overseeing the design and implementation of shop fit-outs.
Recruiting, training, and managing retail sales staff.
Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our retail shops with a focus on driving sales and profitability.
Analysing and improving ongoing performance and driving change to deliver an excellent customer experience and hitting set sales goals.
Traveling as required to oversee build-outs and store visits across the UK.
This role is demanding and fast-paced, but it offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth of our business.
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail management or operations.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach and a willingness to take ownership of projects.
Passion for our brand and the retail industry.
Salary:
We're offering a competitive salary in the range of £35,000 to £45,000 per year depending on experience plus an annual performance bonus of 10%.
