Talk to us about how we can best support you!We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Marketplace Growth team, to lead on increasing retail media revenue share across our 1P, OEB and marketplace businesses. Working with teams across our retail banners, you will design, plan, build and execute key initiatives and activities that are scalable across markets whilst also allowing for localisation, enabling our retail media and marketplace capabilities and sales growth across our retail banners.

Gain a deep understanding of our store, online and marketplace dynamics and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities to grow the marketplace retail media businessOptimise existing mechanisms and design new ones for onboarding advertisers smoothly, giving clarity on the options available to them and making our account managers’ task of selling and upselling as simple and intuitive as possibleWork closely with banner leaders on designing a best-in-class advertising customer experience to maximise retention and revenue growthIdentify opportunities and work with the banners to bring recommendations and improvements regarding our tools, processes and capabilities around forecasting, media planning and other activities to support retail media activitiesDevelop the retail media roadmap to make the interaction points and dividing lines between 1P, OEB and marketplace vendors clear and value-addWork across large, high-value marketplace initiatives such as cross border trade, fulfilment and monetisation to increase our marketplace capabilities and accelerate our maturityDevelop projects and initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams across the international organisation (including the marketplace, digital, retail, marketing and finance teams) and communicate with internal and external parties, while meeting tight deadlines for high visibility projects
