Retail Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and Retail Marketing Executive to join a scale up lifestyle retail brand. Reporting into the Head of Marketing and working closely with a small Marketing team
Key Responsibilities
Local Store Marketing & Campaigns
Develop Local Store Marketing plans and yearly Marketing Calendar for franchise and own stores based on market insights, consumer data, seasonality, and sales goals.
Analyse the performance of Local Store Marketing plans and share results and insights with franchisees, own store teams and the Marketing team.
Work with the Graphic Designer and VM manager to propose appealing in-store displays, window presentations, and POS signage.
Create effective New Store Opening plans in collaboration with franchisees, the marketing team, Centre team and agency partners (PR and Design) to drive sustainable sales and maximize brand awareness.
Upkeep of calendar and centre dates within the yearly Retail Marketing Calendar.
Experience and Skills
We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing executive from a retail or customer focused background with experience in local store marketing and campaign management.
You are a creative and curious marketer who will collaborate with our franchises and own stores, with the Digital Marketing Exec and alongside the Head of Marketing, in the design and delivery of Local Store Marketing and New Store opening strategies, plans and marketing activations to drive brand awareness and sales in the UK.
Requirements:
• A marketing degree or relevant qualifications
• Ideally 3-5 years Marketing experience within retail and POS
• An interest in pop culture and industry trends
• An excellent writer and proof-reader
• Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
