As part of our exciting expansion, we are now looking for a passionate Retail Marketing Manager to develop, implement and own our offline Retail Execution across the UK and Ireland. You will sit within the Marketing team, working closely with the Creative function, along with Sales and external suppliers to ensure our product launches are supported with best-in-class consumer experiences. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to work across multiple projects at any one time, coordinating with diverse teams, all supporting our key campaigns and strategic focus areas.
Skills
As our Retail Marketing Manager, you will have a great understanding of POS, in-store displays and how to engage, educate and influence the consumer within an offline retail environment. You will be able to place our target audience and their journey of discovery and education at the heart of everything you do, introducing our products, key features and consumer benefits, while addressing pre-purchase questions, concerns, and barriers to purchase.
Responsibilities
Co-create and deliver long-term channel visions for our core brands
Establish yourself as the main point of contact for all offline Retail Marketing and in-store activity
Proactively pitch and develop new ideas to grow brand affinity and stimulate sales across existing and new audience segments
Work with our Sales teams and Retail partners to devise, plan and deliver exceptional product launches
Keep internal teams and key stakeholders updated with progress, communicating critical paths, delivery dates and any changes to agreed timelines that may impact key projects or launches
Monitor retail sales, performance and sell into, through and out of channel, with an analytical approach
Conduct in-store audits, checking to see if our displays are in place, with the correct stock levels and that all promotional pricing and tickets are in place
Work with our external promoter agencies, devising store ambassador programmes with the correct commercial approach and incentives in place to ensure success
Attend retail meetings, collecting in-store display briefs, while working with our external suppliers, designers and brand managers to bring an idea to life, and a full in-store launch
Keep an eye on industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring we are at the forefront of consumer experiences and retail journeys across physical, and digital experiences
Utilise strong analytical techniques to evaluate product launch campaigns, seasonal promotions and retail roll-outs, collecting performance data and analytics to apply to the next activities
Requirements
Strong communication, with exceptional organization and project management skills
Ability to develop and implement retail launch campaigns, including critical paths and supplier breifs
Able to manage and track a budget across multiple projects and suppliers
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising retail content plans
Strong data-driven thinking, with the ability to understand how best to motivate consumers and drive demand through engaging retail experiences
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in retail marketing and measurement
Understands and enforces brand guidelines for a consistent representation of our brands and products online, and instore
A real team player, with the ability to influence and motivate all levels
