**Retail Ecommerce Project Manager - 6 Month Contract **
Online Retailer
Surrey- hybrid (Circa £60,000 pro rata)
The opportunity:
Research and develop different options for Retail Ecommerce business.
Create detail business plans for each ecommerce option to include detailed budgets.
Ensure that the Retail ecommerce project is delivered on time and to scope.
What will my project management accountabilities be?
Responsible for end-to-end project delivery.
To assess the project for organisational benefit vs cost and, where required prepare the Invitation to Tender documentation.
Complete research for the size of the UK online market in this sector.
Further scope a independent operated e-commerce site, building on work already done.
Develop options for a new third-party ecommerce business model, including structure of each, financials and which businesses could be invited to tender.
Investigate options to remain with the current ecommerce business model.
Scope how a ‘marketplace’ setup and the potential to use a third part fulfilment house could fit into each business model.
Produce detailed business plans for each model.
Manage the relationship with the preferred third-party suppliers.
A great candidate will have:
Extensive working knowledge of Project Management methodologies
Knowledge of change management processes
Knowledge of MS Project
Knowledge of M365 business applications
Experience in fast paced online retailing.
Extensive experience of the full project management lifecycle.
Demonstrable experience of successful stakeholder management and relationship building.
Experience of managing 3rd party supplier relationships.
