Retail Delivery Manager

If retail or F&B project management and store delivery are your areas of specialism, we would like to introduce you to our worldwide recognised retail destination client, so you can take a key role at an iconic, brand led centre!What will the role entail?You will work with the facilities and construction teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high end new store fit outs across the centreManage the flow of project information between the tenant, leasing, design and centre managementTake a lead role in maintaining open and consistent communication with multiple brands tenants to ensure well delivered, fully co-ordinated projectsEnsure alll key milestones in the project delivery are achieved and documented including licences and agreed specificationsEnsure that all landlord obligations are discharged for each projectWhat will make me successful in my application?You will have experience of overseeing retail and/or F&B fit out projects on behalf of occupiers or
investor/developer.
Aspirational brand exposure would be advantageous.You may have an architectural, engineering or construction background.
