Restructuring and Insolvency Associate

A very well regarded City firm is looking to hire an Insolvency Associate into its high quality team in London.This firm has a strong reputation across practice areas, including Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency. The team has specialist expertise in all aspects of the practice area, and will offer exposure to a vast range of interesting work. For example, they work on formal insolvencies, strategic acquisitions of insolvent business, asset tracing, directors duties, restructurings and litigation and recovery actions. The team is seeking a 2-4PQE Insolvency Lawyer to assist on the full range of matters. There will be ample opportunities for career progression, as the new joiner will be expected to contribute to developing client relationships and supervising junior team members. To be considered for this role, candidates should have experience of both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, as the role will cover both elements. Additionally, experience of both corporate and personal insolvency would be beneficial. However, if a candidate has a strong background in insolvency but lacks this full range of experience, they would still be considered.
