Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Proven experience (5 years) in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a strong background in restaurant management.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and budgeting.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
