Leading the team at a 3 Rosette standard of service
Maintaining a consistently professional, efficient and friendly service in all areas
Building a rapport with guests
Staff training and development
Back office duties

What's required?

Experience managing at Assistant Restaurant Manager level
Ideally 2/3 Rosette experience
Enthusiastic and ready for a challenge
Commercial acumen
Drive, ideas and passion
