Restaurant Manager | PERMANENT | £35,000 - £37,000

We are seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial professional to lead our on-site catering operations at our major manufacturing and distribution site in Avonmouth.

As Restaurant Manager, you will take charge of our high-specification internal restaurant serving over 400 employees working across 24/7 shift patterns. Your leadership will be crucial in continuously enhancing our subsidized catering services which play a vital role in fostering a supportive and desirable workplace.

The Key Requirements

Proven experience as a chef, kitchen manager or restaurateur.
A clear entrepreneurial drive and focus on customer service and communication.
Strong culinary skills and creativity, with a passion for food and a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Flexibility to work a combination of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, to provide cover, accommodate operational schedules and special events.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and achieving goals.The Park is a multi-award-winning bottling facility, employing over four hundred people and producing twenty-five million 9L case equivalents of wine each year. Our state of the art and highly mechanised manufacturing and blending plant has six packaging lines and the capacity to produce 1,200 bottles of wine every minute. The Park is also home to the largest wine warehouse and distribution centre in Europe (80,000m²) with the largest fleet of reach truck Automated Guided Vehicles in the World!
