We are currently looking to recruit an restaurant manager to head up the team in the hotels Brasserie restaurant. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join the hotel management team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring excellent guest service, managing the team, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

The Person
The ideal Restaurant Manager will have the following:
Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry
hotel restaurant experience beneficial
Strong knowledge of bartending, food production, hospitality, food safety, culinary techniques, and guest service principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
