£35,000 per annum plus £5,000 service charge

Working 48 hours per week

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager
Managing the performance of the restaurant team and providing training
Showcasing strong leadership and organisational skills
Upholding the hotels high standards by promptly attending to diner's needs
Ensuring the team consistently deliver a 5-star service
