Restaurant Manager

Upstairs opened in 2015, a small plates grill concept situated directly above Trinity, the Michelin starred restaurant in Clapham SW4.
Due to expansion, we are seeking a manager to run this site for us.
This is a grown-up role that requires you to be self-motivated, organised, details focused, be able to work alone and look after 20 guests per service for lunch and dinner.
We will provide you with a brilliant chef and food, up to date bookings and epos system, a KP/ runner, wines on tap, autonomy, and the freedom to create a space you love and are proud of.
Plus, you will have the full support of Trinity and Outside to assist your learning potential.
This role would suit an ARM wishing to harness the skills to become an RM, you will be a people person, be passionate about food and wine and be able to choose a great playlist!
Dress smart, be yourself and host your own dinner party five nights per week with first floor windows overlooking the common, great staff food and a team that really are a team.
Salary between 28k-35k. 7 shifts per week. 5.6 weeks holiday 25% discount across all our sites and the freedom to grow.
