Seven North is among the many celebrated concepts from renowned celebrity MasterChef Judge - Eyal Shani. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to open and lead our restaurant concept drawing inspiration from Mediterranean and other local European cuisines. Seven North is a family style dining experience where produce takes centre stage.
Set to open in Q3 2024, Seven North London will be the second Seven North in the group, located in a brand new Sircle Collection hotel. The hotel will be located next to Liverpool Street Station, tucked away in Devonshire Square a charming brick courtyard with 81 serene rooms, including 11 suites, The Cover our private members' club, and our Seven North restaurant.

What you’ll be doing with us:
As the Restaurant Manager for Seven North London, you are responsible for the management of the full restaurant operation. You will be developing trainings, SOP’s and gaining insight in possibilities to improve team dynamics and efficiency. You will carry P&L responsibility and will maximize guest experience. In addition to this, you will be the face of the restaurant, leading and directing your Assistant Restaurant Manager, and team of Supervisors, Bartenders, Waiter/ess, Host/ess, and more.
The key to success within this role, will be to keep a track of productivity, conduct and encourage on-the-job trainings to increase our guest satisfaction. As our Restaurant Manager, you should embrace social media, feeling confident both in posting content and effectively managing our online social and booking platforms.
Job Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and professional Restaurant Manager with demonstrated experience within destination restaurant management.The successful candidate will be a solution focused restaurant professional who has a hands on approach. Comprehensive understanding of food trends, and industry best practices, with the ability to translate insights into innovative F&B concepts and offerings.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build strong relationships, and foster a positive work environment.Excellent financial acumen, with a demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets, analyse financial data, and drive revenue growth and profitability.Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.Given that we're in the preopening phase, we need someone who can adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will ideally join us July 2024.
