RESPONSIBILITIES Protect and enhance the reputation of the restaurant as a best-in-class destination for food and drink and an enhanced customer experience via the managing and motivating of the floor and front of house team.
Recruit, develop and lead the hourly front of house and host teams, setting objectives and identifying growth potential in order to ensure high levels of employee engagement and retention. Manage and execute all areas of service throughout the venue with a focus on customer satisfaction, excellent feedback and obtaining site review from guests. Own the guest booking system and ensure the management of reservations, seating plans and customer enquiries. Rota planning and scheduling, ensuring they are aligned in reflection to our wage budgets. Oversee the daily shifts and lead by example with a hands-on approach, including assigning opening and closing duties. Drive sales and control costs in order to deliver revenue and profitability targets Be responsible for compliance with all relevant internal and external policy and legislation, including Health & Safety, COSHH, Food Safety, Allergens and Premises Licensing.
