Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.
Provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure high levels of performance and morale.
Set clear expectations for staff and lead by example through excellent customer service and professionalism.
Customer Service:
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
