Join our team and become part of a passionate group of individuals who genuinely care about the experiences we create for our guests and colleagues.Main Purpose of the role:As Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for managing the day to day activities for the department, delivering high quality food and beverage experiences to all our guests. You will monitor and review monthly sales performance, productivity, food quality, service and merchandising, all whilst leading, training and constantly improving the performance of your team. Ultimately, you will ensure the overall department achieves its potential in that of sales and profitability for the business.The ideal candidate:You'll have a natural flair for excellent customer service, but will also have flourishing leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills that mean you can interact with all levels of colleagues. With a flexible and adaptable approach, you will have experience working in a similar environment, and have a real eye for detail. This really is a role that requires someone with a strong passion for excellent customer service and an upbeat, positive attitude.
