Platinum Recruitment is supporting a well-known garden centre chain that are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team. This role has a life-work balance vacancy at their site in Reading. This Client offers easy-to-serve, classic food to their guests and has daytime only hours. Previous experience in working in this environment is essential.

What's involved?

As the Restaurant Manager, you will assist the other members of the team to ensure the smooth running of the service and in accordance with the service standards, whilst also:

• Adhering to food hygiene standards at all times.
• Being hands on, working the till, stock take, making coffees and also supporting the other members of the team.
• Communicating effectively with all members of the team to ensure an efficient working environment.
