Restaurant Manager
Our client is looking for an experienced individual to run their fine dining restaurant & hotel based just outside of Brighton, the restaurant caters for 30 covers per service and offers a refined tasting menu using local, seasonal ingredients that are cooked to the highest standard. They aim to offer their guests a completely unique dining experience that leaves a long lasting memory.
As well as the ala carte restaurant they have a cocktail bar which offers bar snacks as well as 4 premium guest bedrooms. The Michelin starred Chef Patron is master of his craft and appeared multiple times on The Great British Menu.
This is an amazing opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual who truly loves hospitality and strives to deliver the highest level of service to their guests. The ideal candidate should be from within a high-profile hotel/restaurant setting where the highest level of service is offered. Preferably you should already be working as an Assistant Manager or above, although this is not completely essential as our client is open to giving people with the right attitude and drive the opportunity to learn and develop their skills.
