About us:
We are a large restaurant group established in Barcelona in 1996, looking for a Restaurant Host / Hostess to join our professional and friendly team in East London. London is our 30th restaurant to launch and situated in the centre of one of London’s most bustling food and drink hubs, Shoreditch (London EC2A).

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and professional team player who is naturally proactive, shares a great passion for food & drink and can deliver a level of service which reflects our reputation.
Main duties include:
Manage the front desk by receiving incoming calls, checking emails and attend to walk-ins.
Greet customers in a friendly, warm and professional manner and direct them to the tables.
Promote and proactively sell the restaurant spaces including private dining and events.
Communicate guest notes and special requests to all departments.
Build lasting relationships with existing and new customers.
Promote the business and brand at all times.
The ideal candidate will possess :
Excellent organisation skills and multitasking abilities.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
Excellent written and verbal communication including a strong command of English.
A friendly, warm and professional manner.
Previous experience with Open Table and Cover Manager (preferred but not essential).
What we offer?:
£11.44 per hour plus service charge (circa. £14 - £16 per hour)
30 - 32 hours per week
