I am looking for an experienced General Restaurant/Pub Manager who is passionate about great customer service, to join my client's team. The role will be expected to achieve exceptional operational standards, high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business and to grow the business financially over the next few months/years. This pub is the hub of this beautiful community in the heart of the of the Cotswolds.
The role -
Exceed customers' expectations to achieve satisfaction results in all areas of the operation.
Retain, motivate, and manage all staff providing the necessary training, development, and guidance to maximize employee job satisfaction and team morale.
Engagement with the local community to develop trade, improve the reputation of the pub, and to ensure the pub is a focul centrepoint of the village.
To have strong commercial awareness, and understanding of business trends within the pub industry
