Restaurant & Bar Manager

As Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the hotel's bar and restaurant, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, profitability, and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. This role involves leadership, strategic planning, team management, and guest service in a dynamic and fast-paced branded hospitality environment.
What will I do?
Preparation of the Restaurant & Bar areas for service, following company standards, brand and procedures
Be knowledgeable about food & drink content to be able to advise guests when they are placing orders
Provide a friendly,courteousand discreet service
Supervision of food, wine & beverages
Ensure staffing levels to accommodate requirements
Deal with any issues and complaints which may arise
Monitor & manage restaurant & bar inventory, ordering
Maximise revenue whereever possible and ensure team are upselling at every opportunity
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure menus meet quality and company presentation standards
Ensure hygiene & cleanliness standards are maintained at all times
Support other F&B areas as and when required, including Conference & Events
Is this the role for me?
Previous experience in an F&B management role
You'll be an operational, hands on manager and lead by example
Relevant qualifications in either food service management, hospitality management
Up to date knowledge of F&B trends and best practice
Good knowledge of wines & spirits
Standards driven and know what 'good looks like'
Passionate about good quality food and providing an outstanding guest experience
