As our Restaurant and Bars Manager you will:
Supervise, train, and motivate our talented team of waiting staff and bartenders
Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and service
Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs
Assist in developing and implementing new menus and promotions
Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment
Contribute to financial success through budget management and revenue generation
Who you are:
Proven experience in food and beverage management or a related role
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry trends
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
