Resourcer

I'm currently working with a client based in Colchester, who are seeking a new resourcer to join their team. They are in the Oil & Gas sector, winning projects which can range from 1 week- 2 years.

Due to the expansion of the business, they need a resourcer to provide staff for these projects.

Salary: up to �30,000 DOE

Location: Colchester, fully office based

What you will be doing:

• Utilising the database
• Using LinkedIn recruiter to find suitable talent
• Recruiting for roles such as Riggers, Site managers and Electricians
• Speaking with suitable candidates
• Reviewing CV's
• Working in a fast-paced environment, contractors may be required at short notice

Due to projects already being provided, there will not be an element of business development to the role.

About you:

• Resourcing/recruitment experience, ideally a minimum of 1 year
• Experience using LinkedIn
• Confident speaking with candidates on the phone
• Experience reviewing CV's
• Works well under pressure
• Team player
• Excellent telephone manor
