Our client is a successful, national construction and FM recruiter who are looking to add firepower to their team with the hire of a new labour manager/resourcer. In brief;* day-to-day management of bookings for FM and semi skilled workers* allocation of contract roles to suitable candidates* dealing with a small portfolio of clients to help pipeline candidates with the appropriate skillsets* resource for candidates using a variety of means* negotiating pay rates for workers* collating timesheets and dealing with some adminGenerally, this is a very busy role to step into!
