We’re an independent consultancy that has been Established for 13 years, successfully providing management staff on a permanent and freelance basis.The successful candidate will be assisting experienced hunt hunters within the sector and will be required to:Source suitable candidates.Gaining candidates interest and establishing interview availability.Placing job adverts and monitoring responses.Keeping inbox well managed and organised.Registering candidates onto the system.Keeping the recruitment database up to date.Networking from Pinnacle Recruitment’s database.Social Media, such as Linked In etc.The ideal Candidate should beGood relationship building skills.Excellent telephone mannerProactiveEnthusiasticAbility to think outside the boxAttention to detailThe successful candidate will be given the opportunity and training to become a successful headhunter and take on his/her own deskIn your Cover Letter please answer in less than 200 words (per question)1) Explain what recruitment businesses and recruiters do.2) Why are you suited to a role at Pinnacle Recruitment?
