£45,000-£55,000 DOE (+ Generous benefits inc, pension, holidays, healthcare, company car/car allowance & more.)
Working Arrangement:
Hybrid x3 days in the office
Location:
North West London, UK
Role:
ResourceLink specialist, someone who can bolster this companies HR system and integrated software and champion the product. Managing upgrades, updates and future development within the system.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the payroll manager & HRBP to champion the ResourceLink system.
Have an ability to learn pick up their system quickly, adapt to their processes and advice where to go and how to develop from here
Further testing, implementation, support, reporting and module development.
Work closely and become one with the HR and payroll teams.
Liaise with higher management and stakeholders.
Reporting and using previous knowledge of SQL (if applicable).
Experience required:
Strong ResourceLink knowledge, ability to configure the system to a high level with little to no training.
Stakeholder engagement experience
SQL (beneficial, not essential)
Reporting experience including MI, generating reports etc.
