They are passionate about creating a thoroughly enjoyable and supportive work environment for their team members and are now looking for a REMOTE working Resource Planning Analyst to join their fantastic team.
Job Description:
In this business-critical role, you’ll be liaising with senior management, analysing performance, and forecasting staffing levels for multiple teams within a contact centre environment.
This is a multi-channel contact centre so you will analyse all traffic flow
Plan and forecast staffing levels to ensure outstanding customer service/contact
Review current and historical data to forecast staffing levels
Monitor call queues and workflow
Make process improvement recommendations to key stakeholders/management
Stay abreast of contact centre industry business improvements and make recommendations
Experience Required:
Experience in the same or similar role within a Contact Centre is essential
Highly skilled in data analytics, planning and forecasting
Expert Excel user
Great attention to detail
