ODS are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our award winning Waste & Recycling TeamThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team of Recycling Officers and planning future waste strategies with the waste Team . Promoting team work and ODS values with the frontline operatives to ensure effective communication and leadership.Areas of focus for this role includes;Leading the team on waste reduction, increased recycling projects around the CityUsing excellent data to inform decisions to improve recycling and waste reduction across the CityTo have Management responsibility for the Recycling OfficersUnderstanding the current and future waste and recycling journey, and informing papers and strategiesTo provide day to day leadership and management, role modelling the ODS behaviours.For more information, and to view the job description and job profile, please click APPLY below.
