This role is ideal for a technically excellent solicitor with a minimum of 4+ years’ post-qualification experience. Previous experience in a leadership
position will be a distinct advantage. Day-to-day of the role:
Oversee the conveyancing process for new build properties, ensuring all legal obligations are met efficiently and effectively.Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Provide expert legal advice to clients, maintaining the highest standards of client care.Liaise with developers, estate agents, and other solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.Keep up to date with changes in property law and conveyancing practices, applying this knowledge to benefit the team and clients.Manage a varied caseload with a strong focus on client satisfaction and technical accuracy. Required Skills & Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing, with a focus on new builds.Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.Excellent communication and client care skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
