I am recruiting for a highly regarded Central London law firm who are looking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team. My client is a large multi-service law firm, with their property department comprising of 20 people representing HNW clients in residential and commercial property transactions. The role requires the successful candidate to work on prime London real estate transactions. This means that the successful candidate must have experience working on Freehold and Leasehold property sales and purchases, transfer of equity, and remortgages.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 3+ years post qualified experience.
• Experience managing a caseload of residential files.
• A degree from a top UK University.
• Quality experience as a Paralegal prior to qualifying would be beneficial.
