My client is renowned for consistently surpassing expectations, our client is a highly regarded firm that sets the industry standard. They are looking for a 6+PQE residential property solicitor with New Build experience.

This role presents a unique opportunity to become an integral part of a flourishing team with a primary focus on Residential Property transactions. Responsibilities include handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, help to buy, and more. The position involves collaborating with high-end estate agents and leveraging the most modern software/case management systems.

Requirements:

• Experience with New Builds
• Dynamic and personable individual
• Strong communication skills with a team-oriented approach
• Experience in dealing with both freehold and leasehold transactions
