We are currently recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join our esteemed client based in Glasgow. Renowned for their expertise in the residential property sector, this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the conveyancing process for both residential properties, ensuring full compliance with Scottish legal regulations.
Conduct comprehensive legal research and due diligence on properties involved in transactions.
Prepare, review, and finalise legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and other relevant paperwork, adhering strictly to legal requirements.
Maintain effective communication with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process, providing updates and guidance as necessary.
Offer expert legal advice on property matters within the Scottish legal framework.
Address and resolve any legal issues or disputes that may arise during the conveyancing process.
Keep abreast of changes and developments in property and conveyancing laws specific to Scotland, ensuring compliance at all times.
Requirements:
Qualified solicitor with ideally substantial experience in conveyancing, with a specific focus on residential transactions in Scotland.
In-depth knowledge of property and conveyancing laws applicable to Scotland.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Strong attention to detail and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
Client-centric approach with a proven ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
Proficiency in utilizing relevant legal software and tools.
