As a Solicitor joining the esteemed team, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of the residential property division.
What the role involves:
This role presents a unique opportunity for a Junior to Mid-level Solicitor to immerse themselves in a diverse range of legal matters, including:
Complex leaseholds
New-build developments
Remortgages
Transfers of equity
You will have the chance to work closely with a wide array of clients, from individual homeowners to property developers, guiding them through intricate legal processes with clarity, precision, and dedication.
What we are looking for:
Must be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 1-5 PQE. Possess a solid foundation of legal expertise but also demonstrate a keen understanding of the commercial landscape and a genuine enthusiasm for driving business development initiatives. Have a proven track record of handling complex residential property matters with finesse and accuracy. A strong client-centric approach is essential, as is the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships based on trust, integrity, and professionalism.
