-You will handle the full remit of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion on a broad range of residential property work to include:
Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Remortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity
Requirements:
-A residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or an experienced residential conveyancer will be considered
-Experienced in running a full caseload with minimal supervision
-Able to build long lasting relationships
