A Residential Property Fee Earner at 2PQE is sought to join a leading historic Somerset firm. The role has arisen to continue working an existing caseload of high-quality work from new and repat clients across of Somerset.
The ideal Residential Property Fee earner would have gained a minimum of 2 years experience. This will have been gained with a strong regional law firm that has a reputable property practice. You will have covered sales and purchases from instruction through to post completion dealing with matters such as searches, re-mortgages and more complex title issues.
The firm support their fee earners through great technology and case management, you will be provided 1:1 secretarial support to allow you to work a quality caseload. The firm emphasise quality over quantity and report excellent client satisfaction through their approach to client work.
