Residential Property Solicitor (Hybrid)

A residential property solicitor for a specialist, commercially focused firm based in the West End. This progressive firm has over two decades of envious history, relentlessly offering exceptional expertise to amazing clients including large corporations, luxury brands, and HNW individuals. The firm has doubled in size over the last few years, attracts outstanding talent from the UK’s elite, including Magic Circle firms, and is consistently facing ever-growing demand from first-rate clients brought about by their reputation and their meticulous and tenacious approach to work. They are now looking to hire a new residential property solicitor to further bolster their firm-wide expansion.
Main Duties
You will join the firm’s residential property team based at their West End head office on a hybrid basis
Undertake a caseload of primarily new build, freehold, leasehold and lease extension cases whilst also managing paralegals on new build acquisitions
Work on occasional remortgage and transfer of equity matters
Create a healthy client base from referrals and recommendations built upon your excellent service and client care
Requirements
You will be a residential property solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE in residential property
A thorough and proactive approach to work
The ability to work effortlessly with clients and third parties at all levels
You absolutely must have a stable work history. This is essential to your application being progressed
Salary & Benefits
