With a strong presence in the market, they pride themselves on their professionalism, efficiency and reliability. They are seeking a skilled Residential Property Solicitor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years or more PQE with experience in residential property including negotiating and drafting leases, remortgages and freehold and leasehold sales. You will work collaboratively within a team environment, benefiting from legal support while also being able to independently manage your workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. Requirements:1. Some experience in commercial property would be beneficial2. Experience in running a caseload of work autonomously3.
