The team are collaborative & supportive, and the firm will provide you with excellent training which will allow you to develop and flourish.The successful candidate should have between NQ-4 years post qualified experience and should also have an in-depth knowledge on statutory lease extension claims. Experience in collective enfranchisement claims would be beneficial although it is not an essential requirement.The successful candidate will be expected to:Be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales;Have in-depth experience in working on residential property matters, specifically statutory lease extension claims;Be ambitious;Be a strong team player.
