Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer - Mandarin Speaking – 60,000 - 90,000
A leading boutique firm based in Central London has an opening for a residential property solicitor or licensed conveyancer to join their highly regarded Residential Property team.
You will be working on a range of residential property matters, often working for high net-worth individuals from Asia, due to the nature of the clients, you must speak fluent Mandarin to be considered for this role.
The role will involve dealing with all aspects of plot sales and purchases from taking initial instructions, pre-exchange works to completions; liaising with clients, agents, developers, mortgage lenders as necessary at every stage of the transaction.
In return you will receive an above market rate salary, paralegal and secretarial support and the opportunity to work remotely up to 80% of the time.
