Job Title: Residential Property Paralegal (Polish Speaking preferable but not essential)



Are you a skilled Paralegal looking for a new challenge? Join our clients vibrant Residential Property team in Shirley on a permanent basis!



While proficiency in Polish and English is advantageous, it's not mandatory. We're particularly interested in candidates passionate about Residential Conveyancing.





Salary: £25,000.00pa



Hours: Monday To Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm & Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm           





Responsibilities:




  • Provide vital administrative support to lawyers, ensuring seamless office operations.

  • Liaise with clients, brokers, and estate agents, ensuring effective communication.

  • Prepare draft contracts and handle AP1 applications for Land Registry registration.

  • Manage requisitions and handle basic legal document drafting and filing.

  • Prepare bills, completion statements, and manage sale enquiries.

  • Progress cases promptly, adhering to professional standards and internal procedures.

  • Update case management systems and client databases as required.

  • Assist in file preparation, closure, and archiving.

  • Participate in relevant training sessions, enhancing your skills and knowledge.

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling the Firm’s services.

  • Respond to calls, maintain contact lists, and monitor completion timelines.

  • Support Conveyancers in managing caseloads and addressing file-related queries.

  • Ensure efficient and courteous client service, handling instructions and enquiries promptly.

  • Attend to clients in person or via correspondence, conducting necessary enquiries.



The Ideal Candidate:




  • Enthusiastic about the Residential Property sector and dedicated to client satisfaction.

  • Proficient in Polish and English (preferred but not essential).

  • Ambitious and motivated, with a focus on long-term career growth.

  • Possesses excellent organisational skills and thrives in deadline-driven environments.

  • Pays meticulous attention to detail and exhibits strong numeracy skills.

  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and confidence in communication.

  • Has prior experience supporting fee earners in a bustling Residential Property Team.
