Residential Property NQ Solicitor – Midlands

A rare opportunity for a Residential Property NQ has arisen with a leading Midlands law firm.Our client is a multi-site full-service law firm, with a well-recognised property department.Directories-listed, the firm provides legal services to both private and commercial clients. With continued new instructions, the residential team wish to appoint a Solicitor into the team.They will consider candidates who are newly qualified to 2 PQE, who have a passion for residential property. Ideally, candidates will have gained residential property experience from at least a seat during their training contract, or have worked as a paralegal in the discipline, for example. However, training will be given and the role will be fully supervised.The role will work within a large supportive team, that operates out of several of the firms’ offices. The successful candidate will be invited to undertake business development and marketing opportunities on behalf of the firm.A clear and transparent career pathway is given to all Solicitors within the firm.
