Residential Property Manager

If you have a good customer service experience and would like to develop a career in th4e world of property then this Residential Property Manager position will be ideal for you.
Some of your duties will include:
Assisting with co-ordinating in the letting of residential property in the local area
Liaising with Landlords and providing advice and guidance on the letting service provided
Meeting with Landlords to inspect properties and advice on the current rental value
Selecting responsible, reliable tenants for properties and arranging property viewings
Showing potential tenants around properties and agreeing rental terms with landlords
Preparing tenancy agreements, completing inventories and obtaining credit references for tenants
