Residential Property Lawyer

A historic Gloucester Law firm are looking to add an experienced Conveyancer to their established team of well-regarded residential property fee-earners. The firm are highly regarded locally and nationally lead with modern values and approach to their client work. They continually invest in their staff and the software to support their teams to carry out the work of their clients.

Role Overview:

Stepping into an active and existing caseload of work, you will be dealing with all manners of residential property matters including but not limited to the following:

• Sales and Purchases
• Buy To Let
• Mortgages and Re-Mortgages
• New Build Conveyancing
• Transfers of Equity
• Leasehold

The firm pay very competitively in the region, whilst the salary banding is indicative, they are open to hearing about people's salary expectations and I would be happy to submit a potential candidate at their own salary expectations.

23 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
Working Pattern:

Working hours are Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 with an hour for lunch
