Our client is seeking a Residential Property Fee Earner to join their Doncaster, South Yorkshire offices on a hybrid working basis. 



To provide clients with a high-quality service that caters for all their needs specialising in conveyancing. To promote the image of the firm and services offered.



Responsibilities



Working on a wide range of residential property transactions including straightforward sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and equity release: -



• Dealing with initial enquiries including giving quotations.

• Responsible for client files from start to finish of a transaction including post-completion.

• Dealing with leasehold properties for both purchasing and selling.

• Business development through building relationships with Estate Agents, and other introducers of work including knowledge of and involvement in the local community, and networking.  

• Other business development activities for the firm under the direction of the Head of Department or Marketing Manager.

• Participation in Departmental meetings organised by the Head of Department.



Person specification



• At least 3 years PQE dealing with a varied caseload.

• To work as part of a team or without supervision and requiring no admin support.  

• Able to use a combination of both paper and electronic files.

• To present a professional image both electronically, verbally and face-to-face with clients.

• Good organisation skills.
