Residential NQ / Legal Executive

Prestigious London law firm with an excellent reputation in property are looking to recruit an NQ or legal executive to handle high end residential property transactions from start to finish. The work is for established private clients and there will also be some small scale commercial work. The role will include plot sales, normal residential sales and lease extensions and the commercial work will include office and retail lease negotiations. You will be servicing a VIP clientele at the very highest end of the London residential property market and you will need to hit the ground running as you will be looking after your own caseload from the start.
An exceptional career opportunity to not only gain more experience but there are potential long term career prospects for the right candidate. A minimum of two years’ experience in residential property and the ability to do all aspects of the residential transaction from start to finish are essential although they are happy to provide training on the commercial side. Open to either an NQ (ideally with previous property experience prior to training) or a legal executive. Very friendly firm with a collegiate atmosphere and a role that will offer real variety.
