Gilbert Meher is delighted to partner with a leading client in the healthcare sector to recruit a dynamic Residential Home Manager for a facility in Leeds. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional with a proven track record in turnaround management to lead a dedicated team and drive positive change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the residential home.
  • Implement strategies to improve the quality of care and resident satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  • Provide leadership and support to staff, fostering a positive working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Residential Home Manager, with a background in turnaround management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care and driving continuous improvement.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
