You’ll be someone confident to speak with residents atthe door orat a sales event and market locally and online while building the brsk brand to drive uptake of our broadband services in the Manchseter area.We believe British broadband is not fit for purpose in this high-flying tech era, and we're on a mission to do something about it.We're offering outstanding, reasonably priced packages with various contract or no contract options. We're bringing up to 1-gigabit broadband to people all over the UK, freeing them from bad broadband, one community at a time.This is a field-based role located in our Manchester area (you will be working with a residential field based sales team and a Sales Manager) and it would be ideal if you have experience in field sales or face to face service in some capacity. Full training will be provided in our 5 day Sales Academy programme, followed by one-on-one coaching when out in the field.You'll be expected to be in the field driving sales in your area, we'd also love to see you in person on occasion for team meetings and updates.Job Purpose:As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for selling a range of state of the art new broadband and telecoms products to prospects in residential areas.Based in South Manchester on a day-to-day basisAble to consistently achieve set weekly and monthly activity and opportunity targetsShare ideas of other opportunities within the area to maximise the service uptakeKey responsibilities:Selling our near 5 star rated new broadband technology to residences in South ManchesterCarry and exceed your own sales targets via face-to-face salesGenerating leads and gathering contact detailsDemonstrate self-confidence, strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to persuadeUpdating customer records on the database, and maintaining your Sales Pipeline.Maintaining high standards of customer serviceUse objection handling techniques to your advantageKeeping the rest of the team up to date with relevant feedback and information from your areaExcellent communication skills at all levelsKey requirements:We are looking for people who have field sales or face to face serviceexperienceExcellent awareness of the South Manchester areaEnthusiasm, a drive to succeed, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic are key for this role.Excellent time management and organisational skillsA drive for excellence and high attention to detail, a desire to learn and growDriving licence and own vehicle (desirable)Full training in our 5 day Sales Academy programmeA competitive salary (£20k for trainees up to £25k for experienced candidateswho can display the above experience and behaviours.)An extra £3k for driversadded to your base salary as a travel allowance26 days of holiday plus 8public holidaysFlexible working hours availableInterviews:Interviews will take place via telephone in the first instance.Successful candidates at 1st stage telephone interviewwill be asked to attend a face to face interview with a Regional Sales Manager as a 2nd and final stage.Ask anyone in our team what they love about brsk and they'll say something like: "The team is full ofreally great people".And that's no accident.
